We will contact the artist and get back to you regarding availability and shipping. Phone inquiries are also accepted and will be answered 8am to 5pm CST, Monday through Friday.

- Order & Payment Process
We check with the artist to be sure the item is available then process an Order Confirmation for you and the artist. Once prepayment is received by OriginalBirdArt.com we advise the artist to proceed with shipment. OriginalBirdArt.com will forward the shipping information (carrier and tracking number) to you and will track your shipment daily. Carriers are chosen by the artist and vary from USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. Your payment is held by Mill House Gallery until you receive your artwork and are satisfied with it. Only after we are notified by you of your satisfaction do we send payment to the artist and mail a receipt of purchase to you. We gladly accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, PayPal or the following credit cards:

If the purchase price of the piece exceeds $2,000 and you would like to pay for it over 2 or more months call or email us for the possibilities.
- Satisfaction Guaranteed
Mill House Gallery guarantees your satisfaction with every purchase. If you aren’t thrilled with the artwork when it arrives, simply send it back in the same packaging, with insurance to cover the retail price. We will refund the final purchase price with a 15% re-stocking fee deducted. Your shipping and insurance charges are non-reimbursable. The returned item must be shipped within 10 days of the original delivery confirmation. Artwork must be received in the same condition it was when we shipped it.
Rest assured, the artwork you like on our web pages will likely be more pleasing and enjoyable when viewed in person. The site’s creator, John Hazelton, has devoted the past 20+ years to customer satisfaction in his 2nd. career as a medium to large scale computer account executive and manager (IBM & UNIVAC). His 1st. career was U.S. Navy Intelligence, Wash. D.C. Now self-employed, John is committed to Originalbirdart.com.
- Return Policy
To assure Buyer’s overall satisfaction, upon receipt of the artwork, the Buyer must notify Mill House Gallery of the condition of the item and whether or not the artwork meets Buyer’s expectations. If the buyer elects to return the artwork, the same packaging should be used to assure its safe and prompt return to the sender, adequately insured for the sales value of the piece. Return shipping and insurance costs will be the responsibility of Buyer. Upon return of the artwork to sender you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price.
